Do you ever feel this way?
Your heart is racing, you begin sweating in areas you didn't think could sweat. You start shaking.
You ask yourself, what in the world is going on? I feel fine.
But what 'they' just said to me got me a little annoyed. Or my child won't eat their broccoli. Or I don't like their tone of voice. Or that project is due in two hours. Or I don't like how this fits me.

As we begin this holiday week life gets a little more hectic and a little more stressful. We begin feeling the pressure to have everything perfect: the house, the food, the table setting, the smells, the drinks, the desserts, the behaviors, our outfit, the dogs, the kids, the parents, the ___________(fill in your blank).
But what we must understand is we cannot control it all. Not everything is going to go the way we plan it to go. The food may not taste like we thought it would.
Something may get burnt!
Someone may disagree or not like what you have to offer.
Its ok. Handle what comes your way with grace and laugh at the rest. Try not to sweat the small stuff, as it's usually just that: too small to worry about.
To everyone reading this, it's going to be ok.
