Anthony Wayne building’s new name will be The Well House Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton The Anthony Wayne building on South Monument Street in downtown Hamilton will be redeveloped into a Tapestry Collection by Hilton property.

Big project.... Spooky!

Construction fun fact! In order to convert the mill into our new Warehouse Hotel and Champion Mill Conference Center, our team used:
• 20,000 sheets of dry wall
• 66 miles of electrical wire
• 9.5 miles of piping
• 10,000 gallons of paint
• 300,000 pounds of sheet metal for the HVAC system
