Swipe to see the assembly process of our custom building kit for an off-grid cabin complete in Upstate New York! ๐ฒ
This one is tucked into the woods with sweeping mountain views, and itโs a perfect example of what our panelized system can do. The entire exterior shell went up and watertight in just 5 days on site. Framing, ZIP sheathing, windows, doors, and siding all pre-fitted in our factory and delivered as a kit that goes together fast. โก
The result speaks for itself: clean charcoal board-and-batten siding, a single-slope roof, and a wall of glass to take in the surrounding forest. Durable, efficient, and built to last out there off the grid. ๐
As always, we handle the exterior shell. In this case, we built structural floor panels as well to make everything as easy as possible. Whether this design speaks to you or youโve got something entirely different in mind, our design team is ready to help bring your vision to life. Reach out to get started! ๐

Tucked into the trees in Washington State. ๐ฒ
This panelized home was designed for the site, crisp white vertical board and batten siding paired with a dark single-slope roof and black window frames for contrast. The front elevation is built around the views, with a stacked grid of large picture windows on both floors flooding the interior with light and framing the surrounding forest.
The structure sits on a raised pier foundation, lifting the deck up into the canopy and keeping the home light on the land. Outdoor living off the main level extends the footprint without expanding the build, perfect for morning coffee in the trees or dinner under the open sky.
As always, our panelized wall system means the exterior was framed, ZIP sheathed, and pre-fitted with windows, doors, and siding in our factory before arriving on site. Watertight in days, predictable in cost, built to last.
If youโve got a piece of land waiting for something like this, reach out. Our design team is ready to help you get there. ๐
