Baltimore City Rental License Inspections

I am a licensed, insured Maryland Home Inspector. I am also register in Baltimore City and Baltimore County to do rental license inspections. I do great Inspections at an extremely reasonable price. I always request that the landlords accompany me during my inspection. Why ? Because as the landlords learn the logic on all the various items on the inspection reports they learn how the inspection report protects the landlord as well as the tenant. I do very little marketing to obtain rental inspection business. Once any landlord uses me to do the Rental Inspection’s they then "see" my unmatched experience and quality sensible inspections at a reasonable price. They never go to any other inspectors.
You better have experience if you attempt to lead a lion to water, but you still can’t make him drink !
