These coin shaped textured protein soy strips were our top seller, but our manufacturing partner went out of business. We’ve been working over the past year to find new suppliers, ingredients, and manufacturing partners to create a new coin shaped soy strip. It’s a complicated and ongoing process, and we think this recipe is close! Try them and let us know what you think!

We were doing a photo shoot of the new veggie burger mix and had to hurry it along so we could take a bite (and by bite we mean demolish the entire burger). Delish! 😋
