I love my crochet buddy. She keeps me so warm :)

When in doubt it’s always better to have MORE chains in your foundation than you need, because you can always cut off the rest - don’t be alarmed the scissors are only used for dramatics, to demonstrate the tip. You don’t actually have to cut the end. Simply undo your slipknot and then unravel any extra stitches you may have.
