Septic Pro, LLC
Septic inspection: Should I get one when I'm buying a house or take my chances?
Reasons we've heard why people don't do the inspection:
1.) It's a new house. It doesn't need it.
- This could be crushed lines.
- No baffles, so sewage solids are going to the drain lines, blocking them.
2.) There will only be two of us living in the house. What could go wrong?
- As you've seen in the video, it had nothing to do with the number of people and everything to do with the condition of the tank.
3.) The tank was just pumped.
- I found that a high percentage of the time, the current homeowner is trying to mask a problem.
How would you like this installation. Some people will take a shortcut, but not Septic Pro. This is not our job. We were called out to fix it. The other business, believe it or not, is no longer in business. SURPRISE said no-one.
