I'm am so pleased with how my daughter's Halloween mermaid outfit came out and so is she! I tweaked a mermaid tutorial from Make It-Love It so it has built in leggings underneath and since she spent half of the night at her first dance playing on the playground, that was important! And the super glamorous headband from Belle Juliets Bowtique! It finished the outfit perfectly!
