More ease. Less effort.
07/01/2026
I’ve learned to enjoy mornings in a way that I never thought would be possible for me.
You see, more than 50% of people with ADHD experience something called delayed circadian rhythm which means our body produces what we need to sleep and wake naturally about 2 hours later than the typical brain. Sometimes even more.
Pair that with our challenges around transitions and getting up in the mornings even when that time could bring so much peace and margins to our days can feel impossible.
I’m here to offer hope, though. If you’re one of those people, please know that there are things you can do to make mornings not just possible and easier but enjoyable!
It takes time and effort and trusting the process but it is possible. I know because I’ve lived it first hand.
Keep on keepin’ on, friends. The journey continues. (Even at 6 am 🌅❤️)
