“I got faux leather ( Etsy ) and tried to use the speedy stitcher awl but it was coming out uneven and very time consuming. Decided to use 12 weight thread and stitch on the leather, then glued on the case. Combination of Mod podge and fabri tac. Cloth was from Michael’s crafty cuts laminated burlap. Had the old nautical chart and had South Carolina coast so was perfect for the 301.”

This is an Excellent inspiration! Soup bowl cozy! These can be made to use in microwave (be sure to read materials info) or make it just to keep those bowls from being too hot on tables and keeping in the warmth while protecting little hands!
