Glorious greetings beloved commUNITY! We've spiraled round through Beltane, once again, celebrating Life, Fertility and the Goddess/God union, all while basking under the deeply intense Scorpio Full Moon last week!

And now, Luna begins to wane, and take her journey inwards, toward the fertile darkness.

Join me, in honoring and attuning with this moonth's Ta**us New Moon, next Friday, May 15th, 6-8pm at Inner Path!

Being a Ta**us sun sign, I ADORE and deLIGHT in Ta**us season! My body reawakens, and my spirit soars on bird song and the magical mystery of flowers opening towards sunlight!

As we do, we will move through a Lunar Earth Elemental Yoga Flow, moving in a mandala style, invoking Lunar Wisdom and a Lunar quality of movement medicine. Pranayama -yogic breath expansion-along with a unique Ta**us meditation -will guide us into our extended integration/rest-Savasana-with LIVE sound healing to assist us in receiving and integrating even deeper healing, transformation and evolution.

We sip a special New Moon Ta**us herbal tea, to align with plant allies to assist in dropping deeper into this moonth's unique lunar wisdom and invitations for healing, growth and evolution!

Moon has been hiding these past few days with the sky spectacularly active, alive with the thunder and lightening gods, reminding us of their place! Behind the flashes and clouds, Moon grows thin, more elusive, and the cycling turns towards the energy and principal of beginning.

Dark Moon draws near, and that which was illuminated becomes shadow, and we are invited inward to our own dark landscape.
This is the first New Moon of the zodiac, arriving through the cardinal Fire sign of Aries 🔥🐏🔥🐏

Fire is upon us! We will need to learn to hold fire in a good way to align with the life-giving, life-sustaining, and life-expanding capacity that lives within and through the elemental expression of Fire!

When humans learned to harness and create fire, our entire evolutionary trajectory changed. Life on this planet was never the same.

And now, at a time when we have witnessed Fire being utilized and co-opted for terrible atrocities that threaten all life on this planet, particularly human life, we are being called to re-align with and encourage the LIFE giving, LIFE sustaining, and LIFE expanding aspects of this most potent element.

Fire lives within us and exists outside of us.
Fire has many aspects, and posses a magic that is almost unequaled in its elemental expression. Sit and watch fire. Use your hands and your breath to create fire and notice the quality and aliveness of the fire. Fire transforms faster and with more intensity and efficiency than any other element. Yet, it is precisely through a devoted relationship to Fire that our ancestors transformed their inner landscape in ways that we are still benefiting from today.

Our ancestors also tended Fire as sacred for ceremony and spiritual purposes and most importantly for our local community, Fire was an intimate and precious ally for tending the land on which we walk now.

Fire is sacred and when held relationally, one of our greatest elemental allies.
