The final day to get your tickets for the upcoming Sunday Supper Club is today! There are still a few tickets left.
We also received some great news this weekend......He Fed She Fed's columnists Juliet and Jeremy Johnson will be there and will be publishing a review in GR Magazine's December issue!
Two more weeks! Here is the menu. Thanks to you who have bought tickets. For those who have not, there are still some available!
Upon your arrival, I will have a salumi platter of cured meats. A cheese platter with homemade giardiniera, marinated olives and tomato jam. There will be fresh breads and crackers as well.
Antipasti: mixed Crostini - roasted spaghetti squash, pancetta, sage.
Grilled artichoke hearts, golden raisins, pine nuts and red pepper.
Primi: Pappardelle with traditional Bolognese sauce
Homemade Gnocchi and mushroom cream sauce
Secondi: Bistecca Fiorentina, grilled T-Bone steak, typically ordered by the Kilo!
Chicken Cacciatore - "Hunter's" Chicken, typically a mixture of what was hunted that day and what was in the kitchen. Perfect for the fall!
Contorni(side dish): grilled, roasted garlic polenta.
Caramelized Brussel sprouts, goat cheese, almonds and red onions agro dolce.
Dolce: tiramisu and cannoli
