Body Shop Technician requirements:
• Must be able to do the following; repair or replace fiberglass body panels and prep for refinishing, repair or replace cab panels, repair or replace front major mechanical components (condenser, air to air, radiator, etc.), repair or replace minor electrical system components, repair or replace minor truck components
• Maintain work area appearance and follow safety protocols
• Complete any other related task assigned by Supervisor
• Required to stand, walk, climb, bend, and sit for extended length of time during your scheduled work period.
• Must be able to work safely at heights using applicable ladders and elevated working platforms.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs

Qualifications:
• 1 - 2 years of related experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license required
• Technical school training in the truck repair/refinish preferred
• Working knowledge of welding equipment, paint equipment, shop machines, and power tools
• Required to understand and comply with specific instructions, guidelines, rules, regulations

*Spring Shop*
Suspension and steering mechanic positions - 1st and 2nd shift available. You will need experience working on any level of HD truck and automotive suspension and/or steering and alignment. If you have little to no experience, but have a good attitude and a willingness to learn, training is available.

*Trailer Fleet Service Truck / In-Shop Trailer Repairs*
Trailer mechanic positions - Experienced individuals in trailer repair from top to bottom are welcome to apply.
