We named 'entropioned' goat, Charlotte. Look how her eyes are healing!! 😍 The before and after pictures. In the before pictures, you can see how cloudy and red her eyes were. The today pictures look like normal eyes. The purple is the stitches they used to stitch her eyelids in the correct position. The last picture is just her being cute. 😊

I got a call to pick up a blind, four-week old baby goat. When I saw her, I knew that I right away needed to get her to the vet. She has entropioned eyelids on both of her eyes, top and bottom eyelids. Entropioned eyes are when the eyelids are turned inward, causing the eyelashes to scrape the eyeball. When left untreated, it will cause blindness. My wonderful Tahoma Veterinary Hospital got us in right away!!!! Her eyelids are now stitched in proper position. Getting a prescription for antibiotic eye ointment as well.
