Being a one man company is Amazing but! If you hurt your self you’re out of luck and can’t make any money the only way you can make money is if you have employees. I am currently looking for a helper or two that want to work preferably with HVAC installation and service experience but I am open to green guys too I can teach anybody.
If you know anyone stuck in a dead end job or someone that wants to work in the HVAC trade send them my way I’ll pay you $100 if they make the probationary period of 2 weeks.
I promote safe working but we understand accidents happen so we will train you to the best of our ability to keep you safe. We will work long hours with breaks and shades in place to block the AZ sun. Most jobs are preventative maintenance and repairs so carrying climbing and crouching are a regular part of the job. You will be working in tall commercial buildings changing filters up to 15 units on one roof if not more. If this sounds like something you can handle shoot us a text at 623-512-1847
THANK YOU 🙏
Tips to save money and help your AC live a better life.
Tip-1. Get shades or black out curtains to help keep air in home cool.
Tip-2. Cool home down at night when off peek hours and cooler weather and no sun your AC will work less in return using less electricity lowering the bill.
Tip-3. Anual cleaning indoor and outdoor coil. A dirty coil can and will increase the use of electricity.
Tip-4. Change filters regularly. Every home is different you should check how dirty your filters get. Start by leaving them in for 1 month then 2 months and then 3 months. Some houses need it every month and some every 3. Merv 8 is a great middle ground but like I said every home is different and are dependent on a static pressure reading to verify which filter will work best for your system. There is no one size fits all
Tip-5. Have a professional check your insulation/duct work in the attic most home lack insulation/good duct work and make the AC unit work harder to keep up with the heat load and bad design.
*fun fact most AC units die prematurely due to lack of duct work design and bad installation practices.
If you suspect your AC might be costing you too much money give us a call we will come out and check your whole house as a whole not just look at the AC we will look at why it’s dying and get to the root problem and come up with a design that will optimize and extend the life of your investment.
(These are just tips please do your own research before taking these into consideration)

We've been together since high school, and to say we've been through a lot would be an understatement. Through all the ups and downs, she's been right there beside me.
Lately she's been coming out in the field with me, and I honestly couldn't do it without her. She handles our scheduling (which has been crazy since I've been working for two other companies), runs for parts, helps with invoices, records and edits all of our YouTube videos, and somehow still works her own job.
On top of that, she cooks, cleans, takes care of our daughter, and even cuts my hair. 😂
I really can't say enough about this amazing woman. We clicked instantly because our life stories were so similar. We both know what it's like to grow up wishing things had been a little different, and we've worked hard to build something better together.
She's an incredible wife, an amazing mother, and the biggest supporter of HVAC Task Force. I'm one lucky guy.
We also want to thank everyone we've met throughout our HVAC journey. The support from our customers, fellow HVAC techs, and all of our new subscribers means more than you know.
We just hit **28,000 views** on our latest ASMR HVAC video! If you haven't seen it yet, go check it out. Our next goal is **1,000 subscribers**, so if you enjoy our content, we'd really appreciate you hitting that **Subscribe** button and helping us get there.
Thank you all for believing in us and supporting our family-owned business. We'll see you on the next one.
