✅Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering (Major in Electronics or Telecom) and Telecommunications Engineering
-In-depth knowledge of networking basics such as TCP, UDP, OSI Model, DNS
-Working knowledge of VOIP protocols and technologies (SIP, RTP, codecs, etc.)
-Patience and ability to methodologically evaluate and solve problems
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a team

✅Responsibilities:
-Monitor the performance and capacity of the system using a variety of tools
-Identify hardware, software, and environmental alerts or malfunctions
-Determine the cause of the problem.
-Triage or troubleshoot the occurring problem at L1
-Accelerate to L2 if the problem is persistent
-Track and document issues
