Basin Bucha

I’ve been a little MIA on here this week because I’m working on building up inventory for next weeks tasting at the farmers market but here is the mystery flavor from earlier this week: blueberry lavender! It’s such a pretty color(more purple in person than this shows) and I’m not typically a lavender fan but this is a great balance with the blueberry.

Just bottled the new mystery flavor I’m trying! This is the label on top-final guesses? Blueberry as one of the flavors has been guessed and my last hint was that this is a combo I’ve done in kombucha, just never with the ginger! The secondary flavor isn’t actually one of my favorites necessarily but I’ve found the balance with blueberry is pretty nice! I’ll share the finished color/flavor and my personal opinion on it in a couple of days when I drink it!

There’s so many good reasons to try kombucha and here’s a few more!

Here’s another view at the new flavor I’m trying! Pomegranate was guessed on the last post and while that does sound delicious, that’s not what this one is! This is a combination of two flavors and one should be pretty obvious from this view….any more guesses?

I have had a lot of ideas of new things to try in the coming months so stay tuned! Might even be looking for some tasters in the future 🤔

Trying a new flavor with ginger bug tonight! What flavors do you think this is?
