This is a house that was cleaned by a competitor. The property manager didn't feel he could rent the home, so he asked if there was anything more my competitor could do to improve the condition. The competitor replied, "No, that is the best it will ever look". Then, he called us, here we are, completely giving the carpet a makeover! Feel free to offer your observations BELOW.😀
