Our first 21 day challenge at Cynthia’s coaching was a huge hit! The mommy makeover madness was a ton of fun! 🤩 so many women and mamas developed and fortified their habits, leaned into other and found their cheerleading tribe!

Congrats to our FB group member Courtney for being the winner of the FREE challenge ! She upgraded to VIP to have me customize her nutrition with macros and the results speak for themselves.
