We just shipped something we're really excited about: a brand new Voipcom Click-to-Dial Chrome extension — and the headline feature is what's not in it.

At just 38KB, this is the lightest click-to-dial extension we've ever built. Smaller than a single high-res photo. It installs in seconds, runs without slowing your browser, and stays out of your way until you need it.

Three ways to dial, all instant:
→ Right-click any phone number on any web page and select "Dial with Voipcom." Your phone rings, you answer, the call connects.
→ Click any tel: link and the extension intercepts it, routing the call through your Voipcom phone instead of handing it off to your operating system.
→ Use the toolbar popup for a clean manual-dial form when you've got a number in hand.

A few things we built in on purpose:
One sign-in per session. Your credentials are transmitted over TLS, never stored, and the session clears the moment you close the browser.
Auto-answer toggle. By default, your phone auto-answers so you hear the destination ring immediately. Prefer a classic callback flow? Flip the switch in the popup.

Heads up — our original Click-to-Dial extension is still live and fully supported. If you love it, keep it. This new one is for teams who want something fast, focused, and minimal.

If your internet dies and your business dies with it, that’s not “bad luck.”
That’s bad design.

Phones drop.
POS freezes.
Staff stares at spinning circles.
Customers leave.

We built **Voipcom Backup Internet** for the stuff that can’t go down.
VoIP. POS. Intake lines. Critical apps.

Powered by **RabbitRun** SD-WAN + multi-carrier failover.
So when your primary ISP faceplants… your business stays open.

The goal is not “we’ll fix it fast.”
The goal is you barely notice.

Phoenix. Denver.
We make outages boring.

Single-Press Call Parking Across Offices

Still blind transferring calls and hoping someone answers?

Voipcom deploys single-press call parking and multi-site intercom so your team can move calls instantly — across departments, across buildings, even across cities.

• One press to park
• One press to pick up
• Shared parking across locations
• Cross-office intercom
• Multi-site paging

Phoenix parks the call.
Denver picks it up.

No confusion. No lost calls. No shouting across the office.

Your phone system should match how your business actually operates.

If your phones need babysitting, it’s time for an upgrade.

What Voipcom AI does to your calls (legal-focused)

After a call, Voipcom AI doesn’t just spit out a summary.
With a firm-specific custom prompt, it can generate an intake-grade call packet that mirrors how your team actually evaluates a lead.

Think: the stuff you wish your intake notes always included.

Example outputs we can standardize:

1) Case snapshot (in plain English)

Why they called, what happened, and what they want

Timeline compressed into a clear sequence of events

Who is involved and their relationship to the caller

2) Parties + contact map

Caller details (and best callback number)

Other parties mentioned: spouse, employer, insurer, opposing party, witnesses

“Who should we talk to next?” list

3) Key facts your practice area cares about
We tailor this by firm and practice area. For example:

Personal Injury: mechanism of injury, date/time/location, treatment status, prior injuries, insurance known/unknown, attorney representation status

Family: marital status, kids, current parenting schedule, existing orders, safety concerns, key deadlines

Probate/Estate: decedent info, date of death, will/trust existence, assets mentioned, family dynamics, urgency triggers

Criminal: charges mentioned, court date, custody status, jurisdiction, prior history (if volunteered), immediate next steps needed

4) Issue spotting (non-legal-advice, operationally useful)
Not “here’s your legal strategy.”
More like: “intake red flags and missing fields.”

Conflicts risk indicators (names/entities to screen)

Urgency triggers (court date, statute clock, restraining order, imminent eviction, etc.)

Missing info checklist (what we still need to ask)

5) Disposition recommendation (your internal playbook)
Based on your rules, not generic AI:

Route to PI intake vs existing client line

“Book consult” vs “request docs first” vs “escalate to attorney”

Priority score based on your criteria (time sensitivity, severity, fit)

6) Follow-up kit

Task list for staff (what to do next, in what order)

Draft callback script prompts (what to clarify on the next call)

Document request list (practice-area specific)

7) Tone + risk flags

Upset caller, threat language, confusion, potential incapacity

Repeat caller patterns and missed-call exposure

“This needs human attention now” alerts

You get speed.
But the real win is that every intake gets documented the same way, even when your best intake person is out.
