Everything is difficult in the beginning. It doesn’t matter if it’s improving your health, a new job, or learning a new skill. But when you commit to the skill long enough it becomes and habit. And with time those habits become your lifestyle. What was once hard and something you had to force yourself to act upon becomes easier and almost automatic.
(Trust me I have been a beginner too).
The key is committing to a long enough timeframe. Imagine working out 4x a week, 60 minutes a session, for an entire year. That's 208 hours in the gym under your belt. It'd be near impossible to not engrain working out as part of your lifestyle.
Now imagining hiring the perfect nutrition coach who helps you take that yearly goal, and break down into monthly and weekly goals. ❤️
