Don’t have time during the week? That’s fine! Come join me and some wonderful ladies at the Cosmo Park in Gilbert for a great 45min to an hour of cardio, body weighted workouts and of course FUN!

Time: 5:45am before it gets too hot!

Bring lots of water, extra clothes if you don’t like sweaty clothes, and a towel/mat
