You want to pick up a wobble board for your kids but not sure how they can start on it?

In this reel we go over how to help kids work on balance, coordination, and body awareness. The wobble board I’m using is the Amazon Basics wobble board, it’s an easy tool to add into play at home.

Have your kid’s start with their hands on the wall to help them balance and get used to how the board moves.

From there, have them try standing with both feet on the board and gently rocking side to side. Once they get more comfortable and confident, they can try balancing on one foot.

This is a great tool to help your kids with their balance and posture without it feeling lime work.
