One Small Step - Clothes Cabin

We are looking for dedicated volunteers to join our Thursday afternoon team at One Small Step! 💙

🕓 Thursdays | 4:00–7:00 PM
📍 Weekly commitment requested for a minimum of one year

We are seeking dependable community members who are passionate about serving others and can commit to volunteering once per week. Open roles include:

✨ Client-Facing / Service Volunteers
Assist families and individuals, help create a welcoming environment, and work our check-in and check-out desk.

📦 Processing & Stocking Volunteers
Restock supplies, and help keep our programs running smoothly behind the scenes.

As a smaller nonprofit, consistent volunteers make a huge impact and help us provide reliable, dignified support to our community.

⚽️ Kickball Referee Volunteers Needed!

Want to spend a fun morning outdoors supporting One Small Step? We’re looking for a couple of kickball referees for our upcoming tournament!

You don’t need to be an expert — if you’ve played or watched kickball, softball, or baseball, you’re perfect. We just need friendly folks who can help keep the games moving and make a few simple calls.

Perks:

🥤 Drinks & snacks during the games
🍔 Lunch at Tavern Grill right after (walking distance!)

📍 Crossroads Park in Gilbert (next to AZ Ice Den)
⏰ Arrival: 6:45 AM
🏁 Games wrap up around noon (then lunch!)

Volunteers Needed!

Join us for our largest Suit Up Event to date with Arizona Jobs for Graduates (JAG) on March 4-5 at Mesa Convention Center. Our biggest need right now is a set up crew on March 4th. We wil be transporting and setting up all the clothing at Mesa Convention Center to prepare for the event the following day. Help students gain confidence by providing interview-ready clothing and support.
