We had tons of fun teaching and watching the kids grow in basketball, being a teammate, and in their friendships. We hope all the parents enjoyed watching their kids grow and get better! Move of the Week: Crossover
A crossover is when you bounce the ball from one hand to the other. This move helps you change direction quickly and get past your defender.
To be effective, keep the ball low when performing a crossover to avoid defenders swiping it away from you.
