Experimenting with beech mushrooms on the new system and first results were 🔥🔥🔥. More to come for sure.

This is a true local strain of lion's mane isolated from the wild in Pierce county. We found it growing on maple but it has adapted well to our alder based substrates. We've been working with this strain on and off for over 10years now!

Our alder oysters (pluerotus pulmonarious). Same as you might find growing in your local PNW alder stand, but grown indoors without all the flies and larvae. I'm excited to be working with these wild strains and look forwards to see what comes next.
