Got home late last night after a great day at the Monroe County Fairground Festival in Bloomington. Just have to tell you all (hopefully you are following me now) that I had the most enjoyable day. Some of the memories: my little seamstress gal - you are the sweetest and taking on an old talent of sewing - open up your own business - you'll do great!!; my cute little blond nurse that took home some quilts - you're gonna have a great career cause you have the personality that shows through - keep being you!; the young lady at the end that took pictures and enjoyed all my tales - best of luck at your endeavors - just do it - "you got this"; to the couple that will repurpose the old green lights - share with me after the project is done - obviously I'm a repurposer at heart - good luck!; To the young lady whose face lit up when she found the old wooden civil war fork that her Grandma used to have - so many of these old treasures create a wonderful memory to put a smile on our face - that's why I do it.; to the iron pot lady that didn't want to barter - see how easy that was - I hope you got some good bargains the rest of the day - "Just go for it!"; The creative young mother that's gonna repurpose some old embroidered pillow cases into little dresses for her little girl - send a pic - Love it!; to my neighbor Jackie who helped us out with a trip to Walmart when our water hose wouldn't reach the spigot at the campsite. Also for a lotta laughs throughout the day. I hope to see you again some day - take care. And to all who enjoyed my stories and adventures about gathering and making all my creations. And thank you all for the congratulations on my first little baby granddaughter coming in October - watching all those little girls walk by me put a smile on my face - I'm so excited!!
