Experiencing bloating, constipation, reflux symptoms or all of the above?
Digestive bitters may be helpful, in addition to changes in your diet and lifestyle.

Digestive bitters can stimulate the production of saliva, bile, and stomach acid, all which can help with proper digestion of food and absorption of nutrients.

Digestive bitters are taken prior to meals. Even though they are safe for most people, there can be interactions with certain medications, so you do want to check with your health care provider before taking.

We carry these convenient pocket sized containers for on the go, as well as the larger bottles.

Spring is here! And so are the ticks.

You may already have seen a tick or had a tick bite. Here are some reminders to help prevent ticks and stay safe as the weather gets warmer.

Permethrin spray can be used to spray clothing, shoes, and socks. Sawyers is one common brand and it lasts through several washings. You do want to avoid spraying directly on your skin. Because ticks stay close to the ground (ie blades of grass) spraying shoes and socks is particularly important.

For skin sprays, there are several commercial products containing DEET. Or if you want to use essential oils, we carry 3MOMS organics spray at our office. For essential oil products, you do need to apply more frequently.
