One Kettlebell. 20-Minute EMOM + Rotational Finisher.

EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute):

Choose a weight that challenges you while still allowing crisp, explosive reps. The weight doesn’t have to be the same for every movement.

‼️If you have multiple kettlebells, adjust the load based on the exercise and your strength level.

• Alt. Ski Swings – 10–12 total

• Split-Stance Clean to Hunter Squat – 4–6/side

• Ballistic Rows – 8–10/side

• Close-Grip Push-Ups – 12–20

5 rounds

Rotational Finisher:

5 rounds

• Mace 360s – 20/side

• Mace 360 + Uppercut – 6/side

No mace?

Use Seated KB Halos – 20/side

Use Half-Kneeling KB Rotational Woodchops – 6–10/side

Minimal equipment. Full-body conditioning. Rotational strength.

One of the biggest advantages of an adjustable kettlebell is being able to change the load based on the movement, not force every movement to fit the same weight.

Save for later.

People are always looking for an explanation.

Genetics.
PEDs.
The perfect program.
Better equipment.

Maybe.

But none of those things change the decision you have to make when it’s your turn to train.

The weight doesn’t move itself.

The reps don’t do themselves.

Nobody can train for you.

Whether it’s kettlebells, barbells, bodyweight, or conditioning, adaptation only happens when the demand is high enough.

You can always grab a lighter weight.
You can always take a longer rest.
You can always make it easier.

Or you can choose the challenge.

Every workout comes down to that decision.

The opponent never changes.

It’s always you.
