Hi everyone, it's Clair! It's Mental Health Awareness Month, and here's something that I have been working on to help with my mental health, and morning routine. I find that if I give myself time to sip on some tea as I go out and feed the chickens, I'm in a much better head space than if I am rushing out the door. It's not always possible, but I definitely feel better on the days I can have a slower routine :)

Meet Desiree, y'all 🤗
Desiree is our Monday Motivator, aka Office Assistant. Originally a Cali gal, she's called Garner home since 2006, raising her kids, bonus kids and fur babies along the way.
In her free time, Desiree is an avid cook, fiber artist, crochet teacher and creator, school volunteer and world traveler.
