Hello! I’m officially operating as True Rhythm LLC, and will no longer be using Sydney Mierop, Yoga, Birth, & Herbal. This change reflects a new name and expanded services I’m now offering—alongside the work you already know and love.

True Rhythm reflects how I hope to support women on their journey to better health and better births. Our bodies ebb and flow. We have natural rhythms that support us when we learn to listen. Women carry an incredible powerhouse within them—and we thrive when we work with our bodies, not against them. That belief is what gave birth to True Rhythm.

In addition to prenatal and postnatal yoga, herbal workshops, and teas, I’m now offering:

In-home personal training:
I specialize in prenatal and postnatal care, and I also love working with Health at Every Size clients and women who want to find balance and strength from a kinder place. I come to your home, bring everything we need, and meet you exactly as you are—no judgment, no pressure, and absolutely no need to make the bed or do the dishes.

In-home group fitness for friends
Grab your friends, pick yoga or strength training, and move together in a way that’s supportive and actually enjoyable. You can choose the music, I bring the workout, and I promise not to judge the post-class mimosas or snacks. Accountability—but the fun kind.
