Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. So whatever your goals are do you. Because some may say i looked “better” and “bigger” in the 1st pic, but i totally disagree. Aesthetics is all an illusion. Whatever you find “aesthetic” do that.

@ 190lbs i felt like s**t physically and mentally. Currently @ 174.4lbs i feel like a walking greek statue. My goals are my goals. Your goals are your goals. So do you no matter what because someone always got something negative to say no matter what you do.
