Doing a remediation and I bent down to move this night stand and smelled something terrible. I opened the drawer and this is what I found. 😮

Did the thing I hate the most today. I filed a lien on a homeowner 😔.
Now to prepare to sue for payment. So sad that homeowners get the money from the insurance company for the work performed and they don’t pay you. 😡
