🤬Should a Pool Designer/builder JUST SAY NO when a design/feature will be problematic for future maintenance? Or, should Pool Service Pros JUST S**U and do their jobs?
Guess which side I'm on in this.
Wouldn’t it be great if swimming pools were designed to be hydraulically correct, aesthetically pleasing, and easy to maintain, instead of relying on additional chems and effort to maintain to compensate for poor design?
Every pool service professional has walked up to a backyard masterpiece and thought, “This thing looks amazing… but whoever designed it never had to clean one."
The folks at Tech Pools in Spain really hit the nail on the head with this article. It echoes something many of us in the service side of the industry have been saying for years: good pool design should work with physics, not fight it.
