We loved building this watch for ,and it was incredibly special to see him reveal it as his own. The macro shots were fantastic, but what made the video especially meaningful was Tim’s renowned expertise and the depth of knowledge he brings to watchmaking. His work has educated countless collectors, and his perspective has also been influential in shaping our own journey. Thank you, Tim, for sharing the watch with such thoughtful attention and for continuing to elevate the conversation around watch collecting.

Another thoughtful look at Liberty 250. It’s always rewarding to see the conversation focus on the craft, the engineering, and the countless hours that go into building nearly every movement component from raw material. Thank you MONOCHROME Watches

The highest expression of watchmaking is found in the details that were never necessary. A macro lens is sometimes the best way to showcase that conviction

Côtes de Genève executed to come alive with light. Wheels beveled on both sides. Two-piece hands with polished bushings and thermally colored steel. A solarised escape wheel finished despite spending its life in motion. A complex two layer dial created simply to add depth but more than doubles the effort required.

That is where our conviction becomes visible on Liberty 250.

Every Liberty 250 presentation box preserves an authentic fragment of Independence Hall, inlaid in the form of the Liberty Bell and accompanied by documented provenance.

To honor a piece of history that can never be replaced, each box is individually handcrafted from American black walnut by master woodworker John Peterson using traditional techniques worthy of what it carries.

On the 250th anniversary of American independence, we’re humbled to preserve a small piece of the place where our nation was born.

Great write up on Liberty 250 from aBlogtoWatch and Mike Razak

“…the Liberty 250 is a flawless tribute to the nation’s Semiquincentennial, standing proud as a testament to what American independent watchmaking can achieve at its absolute zenith.”

250 years ago, a nation was built by men who believed extraordinary things were worth extraordinary effort.

That belief still inspires us.

Liberty 250 commemorates America’s semiquincentennial with the most ambitious watch we have ever created. Limited to just 25 pieces, nearly every movement component is manufactured in-house from raw material, US finished to a standard that stands alongside the world’s finest independent watchmaking, and housed in solid 18 karat rose gold.

This is our tribute to American craftsmanship, 250 years in the making.

Happy 250th Birthday, America.
