Cinnamon rolls made out of tortillas? 🤔 It might sound strange, but it's actually super delicious. And, really easy to make! It's great if you're craving cinnamon rolls but you don't want all the work that goes into making them. Plus, these are low carb and sugar free, so you won't feel a sugar crash after enjoying them!

I like that this recipe takes barely any time at all and you don't need to use the oven. It's great as a quick snack for you and the kiddos, or as an easy breakfast that tastes delish. We use our cinnamon bun spread to really pack that cinnamon punch. It makes as great "frosting" for the top of the rolls.

Tortilla Cinnamon Rolls

2 low carb tortillas
2 tbsp butter, softened (+1 tbsp for frying)
4 tbsp brown sweetener substitute
2 tbsp cinnamon
3 tbsp keto cinnamon bun spread

Spread both tortillas with butter, then sprinkle on sweetener and cinnamon. Roll up tightly, then cut off the ends. Cut each roll up into 8 pieces. Heat a skillet over medium and melt butter in the skillet. Place rolls into the pan and heat for about 1-2 minutes on each side, until all rolls are cooked. Place rolls into a dish and drizzle with cinnamon spread, then enjoy!
