Playing a wedding today with a lot of interesting challenges. Wedding chapel and reception patio are about 200 yards apart and require isolated setups. So, each area got a Dutchgrand shell and keyboard along with its own dBTechnologies PA and mixer. Song requests for the ceremony were an eclectic mix of tunes including some obscure choices. Cocktail reception is supposed to be an all request high energy sing along style hour. It’s a magnificent venue, is going to be an amazing wedding, and I enjoy putting together highly customized events.
