What does it mean to "Approve of Yourself"?
🥰When you approve of something it means you like HOW, WHAT & JUST the way things are.
For ex:
You approve a report cause you feel it’s good & it conveys what it has to. You approve a person/relationship cause you like the person, their attitude, their capabilities or just the way they live their life.✅💁♀️
🌊But when the tables are turned, you fail to show the same consideration to YOURSELF. Instead of approving yourself just the way you are, you find faults, you feel you should be like someone else or you constantly doubt yourself.❌🆘
It’s high time we all agree to the fact that no one is perfect. Everybody is doing "their 100%"👌How much ever that is.
So, if you’re doing your 100% then you should be proud of that. You should be proud of how you are, your personality, your skills, even your MISTAKES because you learned something from them & that makes you a better person than so many others out there.🫵🫶
You should be proud of:
📌the qualities you possess
📌the hard work you put in
📌the chores you perform everyday
📌the care you show others
📌the duty you fulfill each day
📌the investment you make for your job/business or at home.
There’s a thin line between feeling assertive about yourself & feeling arrogant about yourself.
You don’t have to feel like you are better than others - that’s arrogance.❌
When you approve of who you are, just the way you are; you are asserting to your subconscious that you trust & believe in you more than anyone else. When your subconscious sees that happening, it helps eradicate SELF-DOUBT all by itself.
Just think of the person you are, the challenges you’ve faced, the learnings you’ve received & the willingness you hold and ask yourself this:
“Do I approve of this version of me?”🤔
If you do, then start being & feeling proud about it. You’ll see how self-doubt won’t stand a chance.🥰💛

🍃Until a few months, I had this morning routine that I’d habituated. The moment I woke up in the morning, I wouldn’t even look at my phone & just directly jump into the shower & start my day.
☕️
Having a cup of fresh morning tea & my laptop was how I started my work. I felt fresh in the morning & this routine saved time so I can attend my chores later in the day with the ease of knowing how much work I got done. 📈
But I’ve always wanted to include certain items to this morning routine.
Like- 👇🏻
✅Have plant-based juice on an empty stomach
✅Journal every morning
✅Do light workout like a run in the morning
Somehow these items weren’t consistent with the routine I’d already set.

Three months ago, I attended this mind-blowing workshop, where I came across this question.
“Is the serving you?”❓❓❓
I asked myself if this routine was serving me in where I see myself or with my vision.
No!❌
The future version of me who has achieved everything I desire, wouldn’t be successful with this existing routine.
So I challenged myself to change this habit.💪
It took some time. The mornings weren’t as fresh it used to. Giving up tea as the first beverage of the day was excruciating. But in a matter of 2 weeks, I couldn’t remember any of these.
🍃Breathing fresh air as I took a stroll in my backyard is refreshing.
🍃Having fresh juice makes me feel light in the body & healthier
🍃Writing my thoughts down before rushing into work helps me align my goals for the day with my vision
🍃Finding the time to cook a healthy, good breakfast makes me grounded & grateful.
And…. I couldn’t have found a better way to start my day.💜
Stop blindly doing things just cause it’s become a habit.💁🏻♀️🙅🏻♀️
Ask yourselves - ‘Is this habit serving me?’❓

💡Your subconscious is 95% responsible for your reality, whereas the conscious is only 5%. 💡

The things you do on auto-pilot, without realizing is what influences the subconscious mind.
🫣Habits that you aren’t self-aware of can generate negative thoughts, like, storing old receipts in your wallet/purse for too long. This indicates that you are not yet ready to let go, clean up & make space for new things in life.🧹🧹🧹
The best way to influence your subconscious is through ENERGY⚡️⚡️⚡️
Another example:
💁🏻♀️
Notice your immediate reaction (habitual & on auto-pilot) to someone getting a car/job/money that you desire.
Are you genuinely happy for them or you come up with a list of excuses to why that other person didn’t deserve it?
👀🚗🏡
Can you look at them & say, ‘Oh wow, he/she deserved to buy that car or house’

Do you see it as a proof that you can have it too or you think everyone else is going ahead leaving you behind?

Reactions that you provide instantaneously come from habit. It will always tell you what kind of energy you hold.
Positive energy attracts more positivity into your life.🧘🏻♀️⚡️
⏸Pause a moment before you react or respond to notice your energy. It’ll tell you if you control the subconscious or the subconscious controls you.🧠

The Best Technique to Break Self-Doubt
When I started working back after my long and much needed break this week, I felt this overwhelming surge of energy within me.☄️
My thoughts circled upon my social media account, my clients, my audience.🔢📈
🚫‘What if my audience disconnected with me during this period?’
🚫‘What if I lost followers?’
🚫‘Am I doing justice to my clients by taking this break?’
They were all, thoughts triggering my self-doubt.🤯🫣

No one in this world is free from self-doubt. The trick is to know how to deal with it once it pops up. 🎈💬
So I paused before I let this self-doubt run into my content & into my business. ❌❌❌
I strongly believe that the energy I put into my content here can be felt by everyone who comes across it.🥀❌🌼🌼🌼
This technique to send self-doubt running may sound dramatic or cliche, but it always works.

I wrote myself a - Love Letter!
I wrote myself a love letter like those in the movies. I listed every small detail of myself that I’m proud of, things I admire, things I’ve overcome.🥰
Every possible way to appreciate myself was mentioned in that letter.🙌🙌🙌
And,
When I finished, I re-read it.
It made me smile. I’m still smiling as I’m writing this.🤗
That was all I needed to crush the doubts.
