One thing I teach my clients often…two opposing things can co-exist and be true at the same time.
Examples:
1. I can absolutely miss someone I love dearly and grieve their loss AND I can celebrate the time I had with them… simultaneously.
2. I can know someone did the best they could AND I can know I still needed more from them…simultaneously.
3. I can miss someone AND I can know it is not healthy to have them in my life…simultaneously.
Duality is one of the most beautiful things… AND one of the harshest things about being human…simultaneously. ❤️
