Many counties were above the expected yields, but many counties were below the expected yields. If your county final was below the expected and you purchased ECO, you should have a payment coming. If your county was above the expected and you purchased ECO, it is possible that you could have a payment as well. It will depend on if the yield increases outpaced the price drop.
