‼️CANCELLATION POLICY‼️:

I understand that sometimes our schedules change and unforeseen circumstances may arise.
My cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both my clients and my business.

Please review the following terms regarding cancellations and rescheduling 🫶🏼:

1. Booking Deposit 💰-
A non-refundable deposit of 25$ is required to secure your session date and time. This amount will be applied toward your total session fee.

2. Client Cancellations ❌ -
• Cancellations made more than 3 days before the scheduled session will forfeit the deposit but will not incur additional charges.

• Cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled session will result in the loss of the deposit and may be subject to an additional cancellation fee of 30%.

• ❗️No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the session will be charged the full session fee. ❗️

3. Rescheduling 📲 -
Clients may reschedule their session one time without penalty if notice is given at least 3 days in advance.
All rescheduling is subject to photographer availability.

4. Photographer Cancellations 🚨-
If the photographer must cancel due to illness or emergency, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of any deposit or session fees paid.

5. Inclement Weather ⛈️ -
For outdoor shoots, sessions may be rescheduled at no additional cost if weather conditions are unsuitable.

6. Refunds 🔄 -
Except where noted above, all deposits and fees are non-refundable.
