This week we started our next bathroom remodel. Our clients decided to do the demo. We found wood rot and drain interference so the subfloor and joists were repaired and modified to work the new layout. Stay tuned for phase three, Tile setting!

It's been a busy week of custom work: repairing loose shower tiles. Installing a hose reel, making a mini ramp for a harp dolly, fencing off gophers, installing a shower door and full accessories, leveling a deck and repairing bird houses, removing and sealing a leaky slider. Installing new countertops and sink, sealing a foundation Crack, and finally switching out a dual sink for a single bowl. I'm beat!

Last week we completed assorted repairs and light duty ceiling work in this beautiful Frederick home. The trend is to have ceiling fans that look more like light fixtures. Here we added a fan to a bedroom and installed a medallion over a chandelier. We also removed the grout and caulk in this shower that had turned moldy and refinished the space with new door seals, grout and caulk.
