Sailing Through The Winter Solstice

We had another amazing season, this year 29 floated upon our beloved Carroll Creek and 1 held out the season on land.

A little over $120,000 was raised to support charities right here in Frederick.

Thank you all for your continued support of this ever changing art installation that brings beauty and lasting enrichment to our community.

The social world won’t let us tag all 30 charities and their sponsors, the businesses who help support the challenge of placing and retrieving the fleet. Not to mention the community who visited, and voted for this fleet. If you are reading this your impact made a difference and we appreciate it.

This project is all volunteer run to provide light and beauty to our community. We are the proud sister project of . NEITHER of these projects would be possible without our dedicated volunteers, we truly appreciate each of you.

Steadfast is honored to once again be one of two recipients of the proceeds from votes cast for Frederick Primary Care Associates (FPCA) vessel, Starry Night, during the annual Sailing Through the Winter Solstice boat parade on Carroll Creek!

This is a cherished yearly event hosted by Color on the Creek to benefit non-profits in the Frederick community. $140,000 was raised last year!
