🏁WEEKEND RECAP🏁
We attempted to head out Friday night, however the RV was not having it. So instead we woke up before the sun to head to K1 Circuit Whiteland for thankful to be in the New Gen Motorsport garage.
With school starting back, and everything that comes with it, the boys had not even sat in their karts since the last race (August 10).
206 kicked off the morning group with Kyler in red slide and Kacen in green slide. Both had a little rust to knock off, but continued to improve every time out and match each others positioning 😂
Kacen:
Qualifying-4th
Heat-3rd
Final-3rd by a tenth at the line
Kyler:
Qualifying-4th
Heat-3rd
Final-3rd
The beginning of the day he was 2 seconds off of the leaders pace, but by the final he was running lap times within 2 TENTHS of the leaders!
After the lunch break it was time to switch the focus to Kacen in his mini swift. This kid was on a mission and he was making it known!
Qualifying, heat, and the final Kacen took to sweep!🧹 Once he hit that track he was on it! He was very complmentry of how the kart felt and handled!
