Just saw someone sold their i7-12700k/3070 PC for $500...the original buyer probably built this for $2500 two years ago!

If you ever consider purchasing or building a PC, for the love of all that is mighty, DON'T SELL IT. You will likely get 25-40% of the original MSRP. In the case above the buyer got 20% back after two years (probably out of desperation).
