How I help postpartum moms get their energy back after having a baby đ
[DM me for details if you are a postpartum mom ready to uncover whatâs driving your fatigue] without constant googling.
If you went to your doctor only to be told your lab work is ânormalâ: this is for you.
You donât need to keep googling and wondering if this level of fatigue is normal. It isnât. The question is what is going on that is causing your fatigue that your lab work missed.
Fatigue isnât a postpartum problem or a mom problem. Itâs a sign that systems underneath arenât working like they should be.
Minerals that are out of balance that affect immune regulation, energy production, stress reaction/recovery, and gut health.
Inside the Motherhood Foundations Test, I use HTMA to show what is actually happening in your cells, not just what is circulating in your blood
This is the work I do with postpartum moms so they can get clarity instead of just being told âyouâre exhausted because your mom.â

The truth is⌠she wasnât doing anything wrong.
She was taking care of herself, doing what she was told, trying all the things.
But no one had actually taken the time to understand what her body needed on a deeper, nutritional level.
Meanwhile, her body was dealing with deficiencies in key minerals that directly impact hormones and your cycle.
So when she came to me, we stopped guessing and actually tested.
We looked at what her body was missing and then supported it with targeted nutrition, the right supplements, and simple lifestyle shifts.
And just like thatâŚ
⨠Mama Flo made her return â¨
on her own, in her own timing (like sheâs supposed to đđ˝ââď¸)
This is the piece that gets missed way too often.
Minerals matter. A lot.
And theyâre rarely being looked at in conventional approaches to fertility.
If youâre wanting to conceive in the next 6 months and want to actually support your body (not just hope for the best),
Comment GUIDE and Iâll send you my free fertility guide with simple steps you can start taking now.
One of the most common things I see in women trying to conceive?
No one has ever looked at their mineral status.
And itâs a HUGE miss.
Because minerals donât just âsupportâ your body⌠they drive the entire process of conception.
Weâre talking about:
â Egg quality
â S***m health (yes, your partner matters too)
â Hormone balance
â Ovulation
â Every single step it takes to make a baby
Low zinc and magnesium can impact ovulation.
Mineral imbalances are often underneath hormone issues like PCOS, thyroid dysfunction, and estrogen dominance.
Low copper, selenium, and chromium can affect egg quality.
And imbalances in selenium, calcium, and zinc can impact s***m health.
So many women are doing everything right, but skipping the foundation piece that actually helps their body function properly.
When minerals arenât addressed, conception can feel harder than it needs to and pregnancy can be more depleting once it happens.
But when you support your mineral status?
Youâre not forcing your body.
Youâre finally giving it what it needs to do what it was designed to do⌠make a baby đ¤
If this is something youâve never looked into, this is your sign.
Comment âMINERALSâ and Iâll send you the details on how to test your minerals and support your body for fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum.
Because minerals make babies.
Hot take: morning sickness isnât always just about hormones.
Pulling weeds this morning and thinking about thisâŚ
Yes, hormones play a role, but theyâre rarely the whole story.
Pregnancy dramatically increases your bodyâs nutrient demands, and many women enter pregnancy already depleted. When your body is struggling to keep up, symptoms like nausea can be amplified.
One piece that often gets overlooked? Minerals.
Minerals support blood sugar balance, stress resilience, digestion, thyroid function, and hormone signaling. All of which influence how you feel during pregnancy.
So if youâre nauseous all day, struggling to eat, or living on crackers and ginger ale⌠your body may not be âjust pregnant.â It may be asking for deeper support.
This is exactly why I use the Motherhood Foundations Test. It helps uncover whatâs actually going on beneath the surface so we can support your body based on what it needs. No more guesswork.
Morning sickness may be common, but that doesnât mean you have to accept feeling miserable without looking deeper.
If this resonates, comment âMAMAâ and Iâll send you more info đ¤

We spend so much time preparing for a babyâŚ
The birth plan.
The nursery.
The hospital bag.
The appointments and tests.
But one of the most important preparations often gets overlooked:
Preparing your body for postpartum.
Pregnancy is one of the most demanding seasons your body will ever go through.
Your blood volume increases.
Your thyroid works harder.
Your baby draws from your nutrient stores.
Your body is constantly adapting and preparing for birth and breastfeeding.
And while your body is incredibly resilient, it still needs the right resources to do all of that work.
When your nutrient needs arenât being met, depletion can build quietly.
Then postpartum comes and many women find themselves wondering:
âWhy am I so exhausted?â
âWhy do I not feel like myself?â
âWhy is recovery taking so long?â
The fourth trimester doesnât begin at birth.
Itâs built during pregnancy.
A nourished pregnancy doesnât guarantee a perfect postpartum (because birth, sleep, support, and so many other factors matter too).
But it can give your body a stronger foundation to recover, heal, and meet the demands of motherhood.
If youâre pregnant or hoping to be soon, donât just prepare for your baby.
Prepare for you, too. đ¤
DM me FOUNDATIONS if you are a pregnant mom wanting to prepare for your fourth trimester
I got these 5 things wrong in my own pregnancy and I see them in my clients too.
1. Eating the same as you did before pregnancy.
Your nutritional needs shift drastically in pregnancy. Your body has higher needs for protein, nutrients, and calories. You should be eating more food during pregnancy, but the demand for nutrient-dense foods is even higher.
2. Using your prenatal as your mineral protocol.
A prenatal is a great foundation, but it isnât personalized. It doesnât tell you what minerals were depleted from birth control or past pregnancies, what stress is burning through, or what your body is actually able to absorb. A lot of mineral imbalances go unnoticed and only get worse throughout pregnancy.
3. Waiting until your glucose test to think about blood sugar.
Blood sugar screening doesnât happen until around 24â28 weeks, but thatâs often too late. Insulin sensitivity starts changing early and is impacting both mom and baby long before that test. Blood sugar stability starts from the beginning of pregnancy, not when your doctor screens for it.
4. Assuming normal labs mean everything is fine.
Normal labs donât always mean your body has everything it needs for a healthy pregnancy or postpartum recovery. They donât show how your body is handling stress, where mineral imbalances may be developing, or whether youâre actually building the nutrient reserves pregnancy demands. You can have ânormalâ labs and still have underlying imbalances that deserve attention.
5. Thinking postpartum depletion starts after birth.
Postpartum depletion starts in pregnancy, not after birth. Birth didnât create the depletion, it revealed it and added to it. How you support your body throughout pregnancy, especially in the third trimester, can have a huge impact on your postpartum recovery. The exhaustion, brain fog, and hair loss many women experience often trace back to pregnancy.
These patterns arenât inevitable. With the right support and strategic testing, thereâs so much you can do to support your body before they become bigger problems.
If youâre pregnant or planning to get pregnant, comment PREGNANT and we can chat about where to start.

You can absolutely get pregnant without rebuilding your body after your last pregnancy.
But that doesnât mean itâs the best foundation for you or for the baby you hope to bring into the world.
Pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding, sleep deprivation, and the demands of motherhood all require nutrients and minerals. And for many women, those reserves are never fully replenished before trying again.
So if your cycles have changed, your energy is lower, PMS feels worse, or youâre wondering why conceiving the second time around feels different, it may be worth asking a different question:
What does my body still need to restore?
Thatâs why I created the Motherhood Foundations Test.
It helps uncover the patterns behind your symptoms so you can stop guessing, support your body intentionally, and build a stronger foundation for conception, pregnancy, and postpartum.
