These Deister concentrating tables are operating in a production plant, with real throughput, integrated into the plant's structure, piping, and controls. But getting to this point is a progression.
Early exploration requires a small-sample evaluation to confirm that the mineralogy responds to gravity separation. Feasibility and pilot stages need repeatable data at half-scale before anyone commits capital. By the time you're financing or building, the equipment has to match the throughput and concentrate specs the plant was designed around.
Deister's table line runs from the No. 15-S for lab samples through the No. 999 for full production, and each step reduces technical risk before the next round of spend.

A little sprinkle couldn't rain on our parade! 🌽
We set up co****le outside for this month's team meeting, and when the sky started sprinkling, we moved indoors and kept the bags flying. It was a fun way to kick off the season with the Fourth right around the corner.

The Deister Concentrator team stepped away from the shop on Sunday and spent the afternoon at the Fort Wayne TinCaps with the rest of the N.A. Holding family.
