I started my journey almost 4 years ago! I honestly didn't know what I was getting myself into when I decided to start but I knew I needed a change in my habits. I had just given birth to my 6th and final baby and I knew the quick diet fixes weren't going to work this time!🤔
I needed a lifestyle change. I needed to look at food differently. I needed to look at exercise differently. I hated to exercise! I looked at it as punishment! Punishment for what I had eaten that day. 🤷
I learned over the course of 4 years that exercise is what your body craves! It has actually turned into therapy for my mind and body over the years! I have also learned how to have a healthy relationship with food! I have learned how to fuel my body and give it what it needs to power through my day! I have learned that I don't need to under eat to lose weight. 😁
This journey doesn't happen overnight but takes consistency and discipline for it to succeed! 💪
I will be the first to admit that 2020 made me take a step back with my nutrition but I am determined more than ever to get back to my healthiest self and it takes one day at a time! 😜
