We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you for welcoming the Alimento food truck with such warmth and enthusiasm tonight. We were truly blessed to serve you, and we are incredibly grateful for your patience as we worked through each order. Your feedback, support, and love mean the world to us.

In just two hours, we made so many new friends and became a part of this amazing community. We had to stop serving to ensure we had enough for everyone, and to our delight, we sold out! What a blessing it was to see the turnout. For those who didn’t get the chance to try our signature Carne Asada tacos, Cuban Steak Sandwich or Nicaraguan fried tacos, don’t worry—we can’t wait to serve you again!

Our hearts are full of gratitude for tonight’s experience, and we’re thrilled to return on April 8th from 4:00 PM until we’re sold out. Thank you for making this such a memorable evening—we look forward to seeing you again soon!
