Independence Day Celebration Volunteers Needed - Saturday, June 30th from 3pm to 10pm

All – I’m coordinating volunteers for the upcoming Fort Thomas Independence Day Celebration which will take place on Saturday, June 30th, from 3pm to 10pm. We need volunteers to sell both beer tickets & ride/inflatable tickets. Mature teenagers & up can work the ride/inflatable ticket booth assuming that they can make change or a parent is with them.

Please let me know if you’re willing to volunteer and for what time. I’m looking for commitments of at least 1 hour, preferably 2 hours.

Jack-O-Lantern Walk - Thursday, 10/27

The Ft Thomas Jack-O-Lantern Walk is this Thursday, October 27th, from 7pm - 9pm. It takes place in Tower Park near Shelter 2 (the tennis courts).

Volunteers are needed to help set-up the morning of the 27th from 8am - Noon which will involve carrying pumpkins, setting out luminary bags & hay bales. Volunteers are also needed during the event (6pm - 9:30pm) to keep the trail in order & assist staff members.

FTP will again be assisting with the Merchants & Music Festival on September 24th. We are looking for people to man the ticket booths for mostly 2 hour shifts. Shifts are 4-6, 6-8, 8-10, and 10-11.
